Bulk and Oversized Orders
Order's containing larger or oversized items may incur additional delivery costs. We will contact you prior to shipping to advise of any additional delivery costs incurred. We do reserve the right not to accept bulk orders or orders for resale. Should we accept a bulk order we will contact to advise of any additional charges.

Delivery to PO Boxes
Unfortunately we a cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses due government restrictions.

Transportation of Liquids & Aerosols
Due to restrictions in certain countries governed by international custom laws we are unable to ship certain orders overseas by air or road. See below for a list of items not accepted for carriage or storage:

Flammable goods
Dated and perishable food/drink
Liquids (This includes batteries and battery acid)

VAT Content and Refunds:
If your order is to be shipped to an area that is exempt from UK VAT, the correct amount will be refunded or removed from your basket. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide documentation for VAT refunds on products delivered within the UK, that will subsequently be shipped abroad.

When deliveries are delayed:
Please note that delivery times stated are accurate, but never guaranteed due to the various outside factors out-with our control. We use a several third-party couriers to deliver our products to you. There are many factors that can impact their ability to deliver on time. Some examples could include but are not limited to extreme weather conditions, staff strikes or parcel sorting errors at depot or if customers are not available at the time of delivery. We work closely with all of our delivery partners to ensure that such occurrences are rare and make a minimal impact on our customers. We can be contacted via our contact page should you encounter such issues.
We will get in touch if an item in your order is out of stock.
In the rare event when a certain item in your order has ran out of stock and we are unable to dispatch your goods to you, we shall contact you via e-mail to advise you of the situation. You will of course have the option to select a different product, choose to wait whilst we re-order from the manufacturer, or cancel your order if it is not convenient for you.
​Other Important Information:
· Most orders are delivered to your door on weekdays between 8:30am to 6:00pm.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we have made an error)
· Some items require a signature upon delivery.
· We do not dispatch or process orders on weekends and bank holidays.
· The delivery times stated here are generally accurate, but can vary by postcode and location.
· Goods in transit are the responsibility of the courier
· On occasion we will contact you if the there are additional costs for delivery, surcharges or international customs fees for certain regions and items delivered outside of UK - where you will have the opportunity to either accept the higher shipping charges, or remove these items, or cancel the entire order. Unfortunately, we cannot control the additional costs as these are implied by couriers or international customs are mandatory.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at The Shop Network we do understand that there are times you may need to return an item. Our 'no hassle policy' ensures that you can return or exchange an unwanted item up to 30 days after purchase.

The return process is quick and easy:

​1. Contact us via the 'Contact Us Page' https://www.theshopnetwork.co.uk/contact or send us an email to info@theshopnetwork.co.uk. Send full details of your issue and we will be in touch.
2. When returning the unused item you must include a receipt of purchase in the original packaging leaving all labels, tags and packaging intact
3. All electrical goods should not contain any personal data or have been manufacturer registered
4. If you wish to return an electrical or a mechanical item valued over £150 please be aware that we will only process a refund once the item has been returned and check by our team. This can take up to 28 days.

Returning a faulty item:
​
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Please disable any security features and remove your personal data.

*Important: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination
country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only applies to International Orders.
